Meet Cindy
Biblical Storyteller
Cynthia L. Pollard is a fresh and exciting teller of Biblical Stories. She is an inspirational Speaker who embraces the Sacred Texts with all of her being, sharing the Stories of God through art and expression.
Through Biblical Storytelling, came the birth of UtteranceNow, a ministry designed to create space and connections between humanity and the stories of God. Individuals can explore, examine, express and experience the power of the biblical texts through the spoken word. Cindy has lectured, developed interactive praise and worship services, mentorship programs, Biblical Storytelling workshops/retreats, and Storytelling concerts at various settings and across racial, cultural, and denominational lines.
She is the visionary and co-creator of The First Housewives, a storytelling concert that takes the audience on a soul stirring, experiential journey through the eyes of Women in the Bible.
Cindy earned her Master of Theological Studies degree from Palmer Theological Seminary where she teaches Biblical Storytelling with Dr. Deborah Winters. She is a member of the Network of Biblical Storytellers, International and has served as a past President and Governance Chair.
